Android

1. Android 스마트폰 또는 태블릿에서 Google Play 스토어 앱 을 엽니다.

2. 검색창에서 Be My Eyes 앱 을 검색합니다.

3. 설치를 탭합니다.

4. 열기를 탭합니다.

5. Be My Eyes 개인정보처리방침 및 서비스 약관을 검토하고 동의를 탭합니다.

6. 개별 사용자 설정을 완료합니다.

7. 전화 걸기를 탭합니다.

8. 처음으로 전화를 건 경우 개인정보처리방침 및 서비스 약관을 검토한 다음 동의를 탭합니다.

9. 통화가 자동으로 시작되며 장애인 전담 지원팀 전문가에게 연결됩니다.

iPhone/iPad

1. iPhone 또는 iPad에서 App Store로 이동합니다.

2. 검색을 탭합니다.

3. Be My Eyes 앱을 검색합니다.

4. 다운로드  설치를 탭합니다.

5. 열기를 탭합니다.

6. Be My Eyes 개인정보처리방침 및 서비스 약관을 검토하고 동의를 탭합니다.

7. 개별 사용자 설정을 완료합니다.

8. 전화 걸기를 탭합니다.

9. 처음으로 전화를 건 경우 HeyKorean 개인정보처리방침 및 서비스 약관을 검토한 다음 동의를 탭합니다.

10. 통화가 자동으로 시작되며 장애인 전담 지원팀 전문가에게 연결됩니다.

Be My Eyes

Android

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app

2. In the search bar, search for the Be My Eyes.

3. Tap Install.

4. Tap Open.

5. Review the Be My Eyes Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then tap I Agree

6. Complete the individual user setup.

7. Tap Call.

8. A call begins automatically, connecting you with a Disability Support specialist.

iPhone/iPad

1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to the App Store.

2. Tap Search.

3. In the search bar, search for the Be My Eyes.

4. Tap Get and then Install.

5. Tap Open.

6. Review the Be My Eyes Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then tap I Agree

7. Complete the individual user setup.

8. Tap Call.

9. A call begins automatically, connecting you with a Disability Support specialist.
